Our main goal is to assist researchers (study sites) by offering personalized, hands-on training to improve the rate at which newly hired staff becomes qualified and fit for clinical trial activities, and influence the contribution of individuals to the overall success of clinical research studies in the development of innovative and high-quality medical treatments.

My name is Sonia Delva, clinician nurse and proud owner of CRTSolution.

After spending twenty-five years working in clinical research, I wanted to give back to the industry by creating a service, that would respond to the pressing need to develop the next generation of clinical research professionals.

Clinical research and trials help doctors and researchers find new ways to treat diseases. They can also offer patients a chance to try a potential treatment and help future patients diagnosed with the same disease. Because of the lack of information and awareness about clinical trials, there are a lot of misconceptions going around.
