Meet The Face Behind CRTSolution

My name is Sonia Delva, clinician nurse and proud owner of CRTSolution.

After spending twenty-five years working in clinical research, I wanted to give back to the industry by creating a service, that would respond to the pressing need to develop the next generation of clinical research professionals.

Two years ago, I tested the feasibility of this concept with a pilot study, which turned out to be a grand success and inspired me to move forward.

I am filled with immense satisfaction watching my students grow in knowledge and skills, that build their confidence to be resourceful within their work environment.

My team members are handpicked and dedicated to assisting me on this journey to be creative and innovative in the delivery of high quality service to my clients.

As an entrepreneur, I spend most of my time focused on the expansion of my business. However, I enjoy gardening, self-care, cooking and sharing time with family.
