practical clinical experience in the areas of Cardiology, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, Neurology, Psychiatry, Hepatology, Oncology and more.<\/p><p>Over time, I realized the chronic shortage of qualified professionals along with the lack of know-how and basic skills of newly hired nurses who convert to clinical research, which oftentimes results in poor performance or terminations. I am bilingual in French and English, and hold a BSc. in Nursing Sciences from Universit\u00e9 de Montreal.
