Services de formation et de soutien en recherche clinique<\/h3>\n
\n\nEn ao\u00fbt 2020, notre nouvelle infirmi\u00e8re de recherche a re\u00e7u une formation de la part de CRTSolution. Mme Delva (la co-fondatrice) est une consultante organis\u00e9e, dynamique et tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9tente. En moins de deux semaines, elle a form\u00e9 notre nouvelle infirmi\u00e8re, novice dans le domaine de la recherche clinique, pour qu\u2019elle puisse rapidement pratiquer en milieu de travail. CRTSolution a pu outiller notre nouvelle infirmi\u00e8re non seulement en connaissances th\u00e9oriques, mais aussi en comp\u00e9tences pratiques afin d\u2019obtenir la meilleure performance possible. M\u00eame apr\u00e8s la formation, l\u2019\u00e9quipe CRTSolution a fourni un soutien continu \u00e0 notre infirmi\u00e8re. L\u2019\u00e9quipe a su cr\u00e9er une formation sur mesure, en respectant le niveau de comp\u00e9tences et de connaissances de l\u2019infirmi\u00e8re. Ceci a permis d\u2019accro\u00eetre sa confiance et ses comp\u00e9tences. Notre service de recherche est tr\u00e8s reconnaissant de l'aide fournie par CRTSolution.<\/p>

Ce fut un r\u00e9el plaisir de suivre cette formation. Le contenu \u00e9tait vari\u00e9, adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 ma r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et concordait en tous points \u00e0 mon r\u00f4le actuel. L'exp\u00e9rience, l'approche p\u00e9dagogique et la disponibilit\u00e9 de Mme Delva m'ont permis de faire des liens entre la th\u00e9orie et la pratique. L\u2019approche utilis\u00e9e par l'\u00e9quipe de formation n'\u00e9tait pas un facteur limitant au transfert des connaissances. La plateforme de formation et les outils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s et simples d'utilisation. Je tiens \u00e0 remercier la formatrice et son \u00e9quipe d\u2019avoir d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une formation bien au-del\u00e0 de mes attentes. J'ai h\u00e2te de planifier \u00ab l\u2019\u00e9pisode num\u00e9ro 2 \u00bb de cette s\u00e9rie avec des membres de mon \u00e9quipe d'infirmi\u00e8res. La formation en BPC \u00e9tait simple et facile \u00e0 comprendre. Le cours \u00e9tait informatif et interactif. La formatrice \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s sympathique et a adapt\u00e9 le contenu \u00e0 la situation de notre entreprise. L'\u00e9quipe de CRTSolution a \u00e9t\u00e9 sans h\u00e9sitation capable de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toutes nos attentes et questions.<\/p>

Comme je n'avais jamais fait de recherche avant de recevoir cette formation, cela m'a aid\u00e9e \u00e0 me retrouver dans la terminologie utilis\u00e9e quotidiennement dans ce domaine. La formation m'a aussi permis de me situer dans les \u00e9tapes d'un projet, du d\u00e9marrage \u00e0 la fermeture. La formation est compl\u00e8te pour quelqu'un qui n'a pas de connaissance de base. Le formateur donne beaucoup d'information compl\u00e9mentaire tout au long du cours. Les diff\u00e9rentes formules utilis\u00e9es (lecture par soi-m\u00eame, quiz, explication du formateur, etc.) permettent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tudiant d'assimiler l'information. L'enseignement \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 mes besoins et j'ai trouv\u00e9 l'exp\u00e9rience tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able.<\/p>
